During a recent cross country flight we happened upon a large group of seagulls that were roosting in a shallow lake near a land fill. Two of our group of pilots dropped in and scared up thousands of birds. That day was a bit cloudy, not very good lighting for the helmet cams. We planned another flight to see if we could find the birds and capture some footage. This trip found not as many gulls as before, but still pretty cool...
