Today's weather called for partly cloudy and cold. I was surprised to see five pilots in the air as I turned onto the road that runs along the dike in Texas City. I think the count was 14 pilots that were in attendance despite the cold and cloudy conditions. The cloud ceiling was about 1200 feet, but there were a few holes.

Beery, Dale and I found a Large hole and ventured above the clouds. Dale and I made several passes by each other resulting in some incredible pictures and video for the movie. We were cruizing around above the clouds at about 2600 feet. We both agreed the one word to describe the experience was "SURREAL". The video clip is just a taste of the rest of the footage that will make the movie's final cut. Stay Tuned...
